if I had to say which parasite was my favorite, I'd say maroon. green is just a crewmate with a bigger head, a red eye, some tentacles and 2 horns. black is the closest to a crewmate. having the same build as a crewmate but larger, having horns, sharp claws, a parasitic knife and purple cracks along it's body. red (in turbulence) is a large bat that while has a very cool body, is overall goofy with it's face and other things. as for maroon, you have a burnt looking bottom jaw with magma glowing in it's mouth with 4 bottom fangs. on it's top half, we can see a cracked visor with a faint glowing eye. magma cracks in it's face. on it's head, you can see multiple horns and his bandana on one of them. from it's back, spider legs protrude through it. having the same burnt look as the bottom jaw and horns.

to be honest I don't think the old version was that bad, it was still pretty fast even in the middle and the only slow part was the end, which was probably gonna translate to events with Maroon transforming into a parasite or something like that, while in this one since Maroon has already entered parasite form the song being this fuckin fast paced makes a lot of sense, so even though I prefer the new version a lot more the old version still has a place for me to be honest
