I'm pretty sure that they got the melody for the "out there somewhere" part from the Fifel Goes West movie, which is about mice being lead astray by a cat that wants to exploit their labor before eating them. Fifel's sister sings those words with that melody (showing my age here for sure) but I caught it right away and it's perfect for the Pied Piper theme. CG5 might be a secret genius
