I'm asking you a question... Do you have plaque psoriasis? I just noticed that it was really light around the edges and I noticed that that is a common theme with plaque psoriasis. If you don't want to answer I understand. And I'm actually having some of the same issues. And it's never happened to me before. I also developed a bunch of rashes on other parts of my body. And I understand it's an easy fix like taking calcium and D3. It's just been a bit difficult for me. I'm trying to gain the discipline of eating healthy and taking the vitamins.

My best and longest lasting wash n gos are when i wash then condition and put in 2 twists then let it dry all day then apply my gel the next day when it's mostly dry. Dont touch it until gel is dry then use gel to gently break the gel cast. It lasts a month if i want it to. Long as i pineapple it at night and don't allow it to get wet again. No refreshing needed.
