I get flashed on my bike as well as my jeep. they both have LED lights. Unfortunately its other cars flashing me, not cute girls. - incidentally, I haven't tried this but I saw a guy just put some black tape on the top of the lens of his LED headlights. I aimed mine down as much as possible but they flood the area so much, the trees are illuminated, overhead signs are lit up and that's not even on high beam. Maybe some tape might help.
Those are really bright! Helps when driving! I sure would like some of those on my car!
