They should add a cd to cc, like after getting 3 scd cc straight you get 1 scd immunity or somthing like that.

It's not as effective when everyone has cc. It's literally a cc circus even if you manage to use mercs you're still a sitting duck waiting for cooldowns and the enemy team has a samira which could burst him down so not a worth trade for the armor shred, cooldowns or even the durability that the Maw could give

Depende mucho de la partida, hacerte una build únicamente para kayn no renta, al final es tu equipo quien se debe de encargar de él y no tú. Pero contestando a tu pregunta, eclipse, cuchilla negra, serylda, espada punky, baile de la muerte y el último situacional. Puedes hacerte una hidra voraz o en mi recomendación la lanza de sjoyin que te va a dar vida y velocidad de habilidades
En resumen, si lo que quieres es matarle los objetos indispensables son la cuchilla negra, la espada punky, el serylda y el baile de la muerte
Aquí van algunos consejos para el 1vs1:
Cuando estés combatiendo, utilizas tus Q y tus E para esquivar su Q, ten en cuenta que esa habilidad hace daño porcentual entonces te va a quitar mucho. Con los fast combos de la Q, ves moviéndote para los lados y la E guardatela para cuando creas que la va a utilizar.
Ahora bien, también ten en cuenta que con tu W puedes cancelarle la Q y si puedes hacerlo, va a ser clave a la hora de ganarle. No obstante, su W te recomiendo que la esquives con la E, va a ser más rápido y te asegura que no te de (su w no puede ser cancelada.)
Respecto a tu ulti, espera unos segundos antes de tirarla. Ten en cuenta que su R le cura mucha vida y su tiras tu ulti al principio, te vas a ver expuesto porque se te va a acabar y no vas a quitarle tanto daño como él a ti así que, lo mejor es asegurarte de que le has quitado un cuarto de vida y luego utilizarlo
Por último y mi consejo, si estáis totalmente en igual de condiciones, no le luches porque lo más probable es que él te mate si no lo haces perfecto, especialmente cuando ambos solo lleváis 2 o 3 objetos.
Cuando lucharle? Pelea cuando no te quede otra, cuando le ganes en dinero o cuando sepas que tu equipo tiene la posibilidad de ayudarte. Kayn es de esos match ups que necesitas hacerlo todo muy correcto con riven para poder ganarle y que tienes demasiado poco margen de error para hacerle frente y bueno, que decirte, ya sabes que un kayn red fedeado es prácticamente imposible de pararlo
