True scary stories: real men in black

Is this true scary story live footage of the real men in black?
October 14th, 2008, near Niagara Falls, Canada:
Hotel manager Shane Sovar and a security guard witnessed a massive triangular UFO hovering outside their hotel.
It was an incredible sighting that caught the attention of the Aerial Phenomenon Investigations Team.
A couple of weeks later, two strange figures dressed in black trench coats and matching Fedora hats paid a visit to the hotel. Are these aliens ?
They were on the hunt for Sovar and the security guard, who were both absent at the time.
Later, Sovar decided to review the hotel's security footage, and what he found was astonishing.
The cameras had captured the two enigmatic visitors.
But is this real live footage on camera of the real men in black?
