Yes, we get that, but the copyright free music doesn't need to be louder than the copywrited music It can be a bit lower so you don't get copyrighted and we can actually hear the song
sometimes it does, i tested different volumes for the background music around ten different times and this was the only one that worked. i tried making it go as low as possible but it kept claiming my video

@@Pirategloom I understand copyright, though I’ve seen hundreds of people get away with it just by Messing with the pitch of the video. If you just lower the pitch, or raise the speed, the algorithm won’t recognize it as being trademarked, otherwise great video all else considered. I understand that my original comment was kinda harsh, but my intent was only to inform that people don’t like it, like I said, lowering/raise the pitch/speed of the song will avoid copyright. and as long as you aren’t making money off it, the creator most likely won’t care that you used their song(unless their an absolute a-hole)

@@Pirategloom I can understand where your coming from, and by all means, keep doing what you feel is best. Though I will inform you that I’ve seen WAY to many people get by copyright just by not making money off the video, seeing as they don’t make any money off the vid, the strike is less likely to be imposed, and if it is, it’s FAR less likely to result in the dreaded DEMONETIZATION. As a CZcamsr myself(though I haven’t posted yet because my old account got hacked), I can understand why you do it like you do(I did it that way sometimes to), all I’m saying is that there ARE other ways to do it if you ever feel comfortable with copyright
