I don't mind Arbiter's armour, what I'd say bugs me more is they again used the lighter Sangheili skin tone for him rather than the darker more greyish one they use for some other ones.

I just played The Arbiter (the mission) in Halo 2 Anniversary on Legendary and, for some reason, he actually seemed beige. Although, he is clearly silver in the cutscenes.
I think the beige Arbiter is an attempt to make a gold-ish, yet grey-ish or silver-ish color. If that figure was very metallic in color I think it would've worked much better. Mega also could've hid the color more by putting line-work in the armor. Maybe if it was very metallic and had more line-work it could've been a very good Bungee era Arbiter.

Master chief looks like the first version of maga blocks and newest version combined, my favorite was definently Tartures I love the brutes there isn't enough of them.
I’m thinking they went to beige arby because in halo 2 classic the Arbiter looked sort of gray and matte, so maybe they were trying to match the old graphics because they were nowhere close to the new anniversary graphics. You know, I wish they did go anniversary graphics and have a nice metallic silver.
The Didact gives extremely good value for $5. Speaking of him, the inclusion of the Boltshot is most likely a reference to the Closed Fist and Open Hand REQ variants’ flavour text which state that they are the preferred weapons of the Ur-Didact’s lover, Endurance-of-Will. I think Mega ultimately fell short with the Covenant leaders in this series: Mercy lacks any kind of fine gold printing, Arbiter is the wrong colour, and Tartarus still needs his Fist of Rukt.
I stopped collecting Halo Mega Blox two years ago, and I never got any of these figs. I just NEED the Didact arbiter everything! Back to the good ol’ days of collecting Halo

Maybe the Mega Construx team made the Arbiter beige and not metallic so it's easier to paint him. They knew people would complain about the color no matter what, so they gave us the opportunity to paint him in whatever colors we'd like. Also to me it looks like the material his armor is made of is very paint friendly
Bit of an odd choice to release a CE Chief then release a CE Chief again for the 10th anniversary. I'd rather they did a Halo 2 era Mark 6 armor Also my Arbiter has yellow on his shoulder light and it doesn't seem like yours has that, kind of an odd little discrepancy and maybe they tried beige Arbiter as a compromise between Silver and Bronze/gold but truth be told I don't mind too much since it's nice to have an Arbiter that didn't cost $100 or more
I have a couple Halo mini figures (from M-Blocks times), however it is funny how the dimension differs from series to series. This is why MC (even with the posability option) is not my fav.
Beige arbiter was a compromise for people who say his armor is silver and those who say it is bronze. My theory is they attempted to combined the two colors together
The arbiter needs an accurately colored head :/ im fine with the armor colors being inaccurate but the head should be a dark purplish color. Come on mega has done that color in other figures like the ranger ones they just literally need a helmet hold to fit it
I was able to find roughly half the series, though I only kept Master Chief. His helmet does look slightly off, though I find the all the other Chiefs to have wrong-ish helmets except for the 4/5 version.
Looking at thirst figures always brings me back to the day I was 8 years old and I found out for the first day halo mega blocks even existed, I remember that was when halo was in its prime too my mind was completely blown by the facts I could play with LEGO like halo figures. Good good times

I went to my local target to pick one of these up. There was a few but not many choices. I saw the new arbiter and I was just confused I was like “I’ll stick with the one I’ve got” and got the prophet of mercy.
I was fortunate enough to find 3 of the 5 I wanted, Chief, Noble Six and Kat. I think the Chief is good and comparing to the previous Mark V Heroes Chief, I like it better for lack of the weird blue weathering, but the green on the older version is much better.
The arbiters armor is actually more like a tarnished silver, in my opinion that is, where the silver takes on a golden tint from tarnishing. That’s what I think his armor should be, not a solid silver, (even though it looks cool like that) but not a solid silver nor gold, but a mix of the two...
To be honest I don’t think I’d ever buy these (just don’t have the money, even for LEGO) but I actually really enjoy your halo reviews! It’s a nice change up! If there’s a LEGO set you review I just have no interest in, I probably won’t watch it, I just don’t care too much either way, I kinda know a lot about LEGO already, but even though I don’t have interest in this stuff specifically, I find myself more often watching them because it’s just so different and something I just don’t see in the wild!
Jang, I think the CE helmet is good, but the visor throws EVERYTHING off because it isn't filled in all the way. I bet if you take some gold paint or nail polish, and fill that in, it'd look a LOT better

Well Arbiter was confirmed to have painted the armor gold sometime after 3, but since they already did a gold armor, and it was already good, they could've redone the silver armor. But they decided to go with baise? I guess the Arbiter has the same taste as my grandmother.
This specific Arbiter is from Halo Wars also known as Ripa 'Moramee. The main antagonist in Halo Wars. Unfortunately they got the head piece wrong and they should have remove the light on his shoulder. The head should be the same skin color and the body.
Say wha? Ripa had dark gray skin, not tan, his undersuit was dark gray to black, not metallic purple, and his armor was straight up steel, with just a tiny bit of gold in the channels of his filigrees, not flat tan all over. Mega has done Ripa before, with the Phantom, and it was good, and accurate. If this here is supposed to be Ripa, it's the worst depiction of any named Sangheili they've ever done. Possibly the worst by any toy or collectible manufacturer ever lol. I don't think this is supposed to be Ripa.
Arbiter in halo 3 upgraded his armour to have up to date shields, better active camo, covers for his mandibles and giving a gold recolour to the armour
I like this new chief. I have the series 8 one with all that weird blue on it, abd tbh the series 10 one looks better (cuz no weird blue paint smeared on it.). Also his helmet originally was flatter on top I think. As for the arbiter, I'm guessing that's supposed to be a compromise between the silver color and it's bronze lighting affect
The CE Chief looks fine to me cuz I played all halos and I looked at his helmet and to me it looked similar and that Arbiter looks nice too but it need to be silver or gun metal grey but in halo 3 your right he looks more of the Gold to bronze
As an Australian all i can be is salty, we got up to season 3 and then they disappeared from stores forever. Specially considering how diligent i was in collecting all sets for several years.
I feel like a Splitter Grenade would go better with the Didact because that is how he dies (as everyone where should know) and I feel like it just goes better with him than a Boltshot
The 3 best figures, in my opinion, are The rookie#1, Kat#2 and Noble Six#3. Because the rookie honestly has the best armor from the original release of him. Number 4 is a tie between the Prophet of Mercy and Yap Yap the Destroyer. All the rest would be great to have, but not necessarily needed.
They colored The Arbiter beige because in a reflection of a window, as Arbiter runs by, at just the right angle, his armor is battle damaged beige. Yeah that Arbiter color is odd no doubt. I think they got the Arbiter color right in the 2014 Shadow set that went along with the release of Halo 2 Anniversary.
2:43 neither of those are completely accurate and allow me to explain... So in Halo 2 when we watch Halo introduce AND kill Tartarus from the game he didn't have a gravity hammer he had the Fist of Rukt, which was completely different and inaccurate because the gravity hammer wasn't in halo 2 so hopefully in the future mega construx will fix that by making a signature weapon instead of a plain old gravity hammer

His voice is so relaxing to hear like I can listen to him all day and watch his vids all day

The CE Chief looks fine to me cuz I played all halos and I looked at his helmet and to me it looked similar and that Arbiter looks nice too but it need to be silver or gun metal grey but in halo 3 your right he looks more of the Gold to bronze
As an Australian all i can be is salty, we got up to season 3 and then they disappeared from stores forever. Specially considering how diligent i was in collecting all sets for several years.
I feel like a Splitter Grenade would go better with the Didact because that is how he dies (as everyone where should know) and I feel like it just goes better with him than a Boltshot

The 3 best figures, in my opinion, are The rookie#1, Kat#2 and Noble Six#3. Because the rookie honestly has the best armor from the original release of him. Number 4 is a tie between the Prophet of Mercy and Yap Yap the Destroyer. All the rest would be great to have, but not necessarily needed.
For the arbiter maybe they made him that way to avoid taking sides in the color argument.

They colored The Arbiter beige because in a reflection of a window, as Arbiter runs by, at just the right angle, his armor is battle damaged beige. And they thought it was a necessary decision to hit home on the nostalgia of that particular frame. For the special tenth anniversary series...

Yeah that Arbiter color is odd no doubt. I think they got the Arbiter color right in the 2014 Shadow set that went along with the release of Halo 2 Anniversary.
2:43 neither of those are completely accurate and allow me to explain... So in Halo 2 when we watch Halo introduce AND kill Tartarus from the game he didn't have a gravity hammer he had the Fist of Rukt, which was completely different and inaccurate because the gravity hammer wasn't in halo 2 so hopefully in the future mega construx will fix that by making a signature weapon instead of a plain old gravity hammer
