Love the BTS580 comfortable, powerful, and durable as sh^t I probably have the 1st gen bc mines almost 7 years old and its absolutely beastly. Just change the fuel and air filters and these will last. I'm a handyman and I do a ton of lawns but I've used it in many many applications from cleaning debris off a roof to cleaning my filter on my shop vac. Amazing machine.
We bought 3 of them from arrowhead equipment in perry georgia one is the mark 2 even more blowing power than the standard 580bts great machine's, we're not in the lawn care business, we're in the trash business, we use them to blow garbage at 10 different state fairgrounds around the country, a spectacular machine we love it👍👍
Great walk through of the features. I wanted the most powerful backpack blower and I was looking at the Stihl BR 800 X MAGNUM which on paper outperforms the 580. The Echo PB-8010 and RedMax EBZ8550 also seems to be a contender for most powerful. Thanks for the detailed video.

I like that harness !! I need that on my 360BT I just bought . Is there way you switch them ? Like to buy a harness like that put on 360bt . 1 I got keep sliding back does not good fit at all . Like the 360bt it plenty strong for me but way to uncomfortable. Thanks , Frank
Can you change the spark plug on this one WITHOUT taking the filter casing and all off? I know the 570bts ypu have to removed the air filter casing in order to change the plug, this one looks like maybe you wouldn't have to???
4:10 no, that's like a supercharger, a turbocharger gets its power from the exhaust, not from the engine (the supercharger gets it power from the engine)
I want the basest, loudest, meanest, most powerful blower I can find. I'm a homeowner, with 10,000 sq ft, not commercial, I just want to show off with a bigger blower than my neighbors. I will look out my windows on weekends and watch for them to start their yard work. Then, I sneak into my garage, and break out my bad boy! They fire up their little hand held baby blower, and then I sneak up behind on them, and they hear my monster machine varooom! It scares the crap out of them! I actually blew my neighbor down the sidewalk with this bad boy! While he was holding his baby blower in his hand. He was all scratched up and mad as a hornet! I was laughing so hard I almost fell over.
Just picked one up off FB marketplace for $100. I inspected all the parts according to the video. I think I got a steal. Thanks!
