I like this addition. This guy stopped Derrick Henry all by himself behind the line once.
He plays so smart and it really gets overlooked. There are a ton a of plays where he saved us in from big plays but it never was seen. He’s not very talented or strong but he is very smart
@that_dudemr1286 That's how Luke Kuechly was for us. Very intelligent linebacker. He painstakingly studied the offensive formations and plays of each team we played during the week prior to the game. I miss that guy. Hopefully, Jewell can have a similar impact on our defense.
@@alexcarter6446 yeah I know some of our fans hated him cause he wasn’t fast which I get but I would rather a smart LB in my opinion lol between him and singleton I think those two together were the best LBs we had since DJ and Wilson. Josey is no doubt a player you can rely on ….

He only has 21 tackles for loss in his career. Take this and consideration Jeremiah linebacker from the Cleveland Browns had 21 tackles for loss in 2023 alone. That should tell you something..just because he makes a lot of tackles means nothing. He’s making tackles 6&7 yards down the field .
