Six Calm Birth Affirmations Over and Over

A deeply relaxing birth affirmations video with my six favourite hand written birth affirmations spoken over and over, so there is plenty of time to sink into a very calm and soothing state without the distraction of new words surprising you. There's a simple meditation style music in the background.
