Followers of Buddhism don't acknowledge a supreme god or deity. They instead focus on achieving enlightenment --- a state of inner peace and wisdom. I am 75. My body is,weary to cycle in samsara still..I am.in leh ladakh.. When I sut sbd look at the hugh mtns china border. I see the root ..the freedom that us eqyanimity ..I to. Spacious joy. Ful..root if budh. Old age can be. Unwelcome ...but it also can be meeting great sigh of Wisdom threads.
