Fortnite has always been my favorite game. I've spent countless hours perfecting my strategies, building my skills, and getting dubs with my friends. But now, I can't even turn on my gaming system. There's been a power outage in my neighborhood due to a severe thunderstorm, and the power isn't expected to be back on for another 24 hours.
I don't know how I'm going to endure this torture. Every time I try to play Fortnite, I'm faced with a dark screen and the realization that I need to find a new way to entertain myself. It's devastating.
The worst part? My friends are playing Fortnite without me. I can hear them on discord, screaming in celebration as they win the game. I'm missing out on all the fun, and I feel like a total loser.
I've tried to find other ways to entertain myself, but nothing compares to the thrill of Fortnite. I've tried playing board games, watching movies, and even reading a book, but none of it fills the void that Fortnite leaves in my life. I'm lost without it.
I don't know how long this power outage will last, but I'm hoping it won't be much longer. I need Fortnite back in my life. I need the excitement, the thrill, the joy of winning a game. I need to feel like a champion again. I need Fortnite.
I waited to get back home from school to play Fortnite, waited 40 minutes for it to download on my pc, downloaded but servers are down, waited an hour for it to update on my Xbox, it just downloaded but it says I have to update it to the latest version.
