You see when pressed further did you hear the ex President saying it would not be compulsory? Asiedu Nketia is saying they would reduce electricity tarrif for those who would work at night. So if electricity tarrif would be reduced at night, it makes sense not to work during the day and work instead in the night. It is just substitution bro. they are comparing UK and US time to shift system to implementing it in Ghana.... if you don't have industries it won't work... we don't have industrial areas in Ghana.. we don't manufacture and produce much.....we need to industrialise.... for it to work properly....

You have to create an avenue that will cause people to work 24hr and Bawumia is championing on that and the major one that will put more people and companies to work 24/7 is on the way coming and I hope the parliament will approve it. Mahamma has no plan and he does not know what it takes to get people work 24/7 he is talking about. Bawumia whom has chosen is the answer and he will deliver.
