Sir Rab Nawaz Malik is a man of principle and resilience. He was a bureaucrat and took pre-retirement when he was working as Secretary, Benazir Income Support Programme. Currently, he is working as Institutions and Management Expert with various international development agencies including World Bank, Asian Development Bank and International Fund for Agriculture Development for pro-poor project formulation and implementation.
