Nessus for free: Greenbone OpenVAS Installation and Overview (KALI)

OpenVAS by Greenbone is an open source fork of the market leading Tenable Nessus software. This video is a guide that shows you how to install, configure and briefly how to use OpenVAS to scan a network for vulnerabilities. It also shows some of the basic features.
Installation is shown with a 2024 rolling release of Kali Linux, however the instructions will be similar for any Debian-style Linux distribution.
