@@LadyLuckHQ Did not mean to disparage you folks. I played slots for over 20 years. I love watching but cannot afford to play and have not played since 2015.
It is my considered opinion that since they have a readout of all you have lost and won on your player card, to give you benefits you would not pay for; freel meals, free stays and shows and such, the bottom line is what they look at.
The math you do not see is a calculation that the casino makes that it cost next to nothing to give you a meal, or a room that would otherwise sit empty taking power from the grid. They get comped tickets to every show in town. Giving them away is nothing to these folks. They overall pay out a dollar to the 10 dollars all day everyday, they take in.
I guess what I am saying here is enjoy the perks. I from 1991-2015 24 years I had only 1 good day in that state, Colorado. Hit 5 jackpots in all. 2,500 is the most you could win on any game. Imagine that in one day. Never having won a jackpot up til that day and only since that day.
In Vegas having been there only 3 times? Never one even a small one. I am sorry for boring you with all this. If I may offer a suggestion.
Pick one day in the year. Say January first. Do a drawing based on monied subscribers and pay the freight for an independent accounting firm to run the contest. If someone subscribes, take 1$ of each initial subscription and bank it. You cannot spend this money without fraud entering the pic so all legal and above board.
Take that money after you draw a name, contact the one person by their preferred method of contact, and give them the option, to either spin for them live on a machine of their choice, and all winnings go to them or they can take the cash with all the taxes paid out of the winnings.
Every time you play right on your screen is the amount the account grows by. How that is programmed I have no idea.
People have a chance to win and win big? Well you do the math. You kept 4$ and 1$ went to the pool.
Check Vegas rules because trust me you do not want to run afoul of the laws. Now the 5$-1$ is just an example. You want to cover your expenses and have a little profit at the end. The accounting firm is a charge, the bank will also probably have a maintenance fee at the end of the year.
