In fact, it sounds like "montenegrian folk music" played on a instrument called "GUSLE"

      Manolo Caracol (bulerias)
There is an old argument that flamenco singers sing microtones…. My ear hears chromatics relative to equal temp guitars. Vibrato is not used w microtonal singing in the Middle East because the voice needs razor precision to hit those intervals deliberately. This example was thrown at me as proof of microtonal singing so I slowed it down and show all he sings is on the guitar equal tempered to G, except his last vibrato note which is flat (I bend it). That would not be done (microtone around the tonic) in proper modal singing

@@RicardoMarlowFlamenco listen to the phrase at 5:35, there's a long note without vibrato and It really sounds microtonal, It's not just intonation. And its not just a fluke cause I've heard other cantaores do it and paquera multiple times. This doesn't mean every cantaor does this, nor are microtones the norm in flamenco, but this was too cool of a thing I've noticed, too cool to not be shared.
