I definitely agree, bey is more private and it gives mystery but at the same time you have to engage more with fans. This is what gives Rihanna the vibe of being more relatable. The mystery is good on some aspects though. However, like you said they are two different artists and two different personalities. I’m glad that it worked out for both of them. Rihanna shows us that because something didn’t quite work out that you can still possibly end up making more and still be successful. I love how she didn’t get hung up off of it. I disagree a bit, I don’t think she gets jealous of another artist enough to hate them because she doesn’t feud with other artists. She has always said that she doesn’t compete with other artists and has built close friendships with Adele, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, ext…The only reason I can think of on why Beyoncé wouldn’t like Rihanna has to do with Jay-Z and him only. We don’t know if the rumors were true about Jay-Z and Rihanna hooking up, but regardless if the rumors were true or not, that must have affected Beyoncé and heightened her personal insecurities with her relationship with him. Sorry, it's RiRi hands down in the industry. Rihanna has a way of just connecting with the masses in a way that Beyonce could never. It's sort of like how people were/are drawn to Aaliyah for just being who she was. Neither Aaliyah or Rihanna needed to make claims on writing or creating to be recognized or celebrated. The public loves authenticity and something that is not over hyped or manufactured and Rihanna is able to give that, like Aaliyah did during her time alive in the industry. Think about how fans are still begging for unreleased music from both of these women (Aalyah and Rihanna) and are devastated when they still are not produced! Lastly, Rihanna broke into the industry on her own (Like Aaliyah) and didn't need a group to garner a name for herself. At this point in time, Rihanna has been and is a shrewd businesswoman and her success is a testament to her work ethic.

I'm sure you know when investors are involved and depending on how much they have invested as revenue they have more say how the company is run. With time, Rihanna sort of grew on me and I feel like I relate to her now more than Bey. I love Beyoncé but realness goes a long way!
