It tells you that they're adding all sorts of bells but not touching the fundamental AI that people have been complaining about since 2k18. The most infuriating bit is how they make your teammates play like idiots on HoF, forcing you to score 50-point triple doubles to win by 3, because your 90+ overall teammate--the reason you selected the team--is literally 1-17.
