Vegetable tian /The Easiest Recipes Ever

  • Hello everyone, today I offer you the recipe for Provençal vegetable tian. A vegetarian dish because it is based on vegetables, I add my personal "parmesan" touch for even more pleasure! We could say it's an Italian Tian. I also add a starchy vegetable to it because I almost always ate it that way when I was living in the south as a child. What could be better than baked vegetables cooked slowly and offering a recipe rich in flavor. A recipe with few ingredients, economical and which will please the whole family. A dinner that we won't soon forget! Ps: You can use a mandolin to cut the vegetables even finer.

    Ingredients:
    8 small garlic cloves or 4 large garlic cloves
    1/2 eggplant
    1/2 zucchini
    3 tomatoes
    1 potato
    1/2 onion
    4 tablespoons of olive oil
    Provence herbs
    1 handful of parmesan

    Ma mère en fait qu'avec tomates, Courgettes, ail, poivre, huile d'olive et parmezan. C'est un délice.

    Cela paraît simple à faire, mais je suis ceptique sur les aubergines, car elle demande plus de cuisson
