Same, but there's a lot that we haven't put together that we all need to.. plenty of (mythical) things have been very real! I want to know why they lie and hide these things instead of telling the truth! Theres still many out there being found and what, where supposed to not know about them all and the truth behind them? If elves are real, it seems unlikely their handwriting would be just as large as a regular human. Any note would be verrrry small and the writing would be microscopic. And where do you suppose they picked up the human-sized ziploc bag.

Well not all elves are small (fantasy novels and movies show us that e.g. lord of the rings and dungeons and dragons) but I do agree with you that note in that house should have been way smaller and it shouldn't have been in a normal Ziploc baggy also a lot of these seem more fae than elven in design

Here in the Philippines elves are highly revered and are considered real by many elders even my grandmother has said she had really seen one before she is 91 now. I never seen one but I’ve seen a magical goat called a sigbin it has it looks like a real goat but smaller has short front legs and it’s ears covered his eyes it eats charcoal made from coconut shell that’s what it was eating when I saw it. I was so stunned to see one in real life that my knees were seriously tingling.

What’s it do?
This Elf House is located inside the Michigan Renaissance Fare. The Elf you mentioned is named Zarb. He packed himself up and hid inside a box that was packed by a shop owner that had a business near his tree. He became very fond of the shop owner because she took really good care of the outside of his house while he lived there. She made a nice brick fence around his tree and planted flowers. And when he heard, she was moving to Scotland for a few months, because that's where the store owner originally came from. He just had hide away to go with her. What a surprise she had when she got home unpacked and opened the box! He now lives in her back yard under a nice shady tree. I have a feeling they both will be back again next year when the Renaissance Fare opens again.

There’s actually a mom who’s been discovered to be responsible for the elf doors 😂 I believe her family moved a lot due to her husband’s work and to make the kids feel better she would do these elf doors and have the kids find them ❤️

For hundreds of years people including myself , make little doors and leave them in places . Its to make people believe so the magic never leaves and imaginations keep growing.
I love those people who kept up the elves house and went to Edinburgh to find him.
I love the little Firefly Village the most. They are all adorable though too. I really loved the one with the note in it. It would be fun to keep up with repairs and more things as a fun, little hobby though too. 😊❤️👍🏼

hen my son was eight, he asked if Santa was real. I didn’t know what to say, so I dodged the question. Naturally, he sought answers from the place that never let him down: the World Wide Web. When I spied him searching “Is Santa real?” on the iPad, I gently took it from him and asked, “Why do you want to know so much?”
“Because I feel like you’re lying to me,” he said, trying to blink away tears. He was distraught. I was too, because what had seemed like a sweet tradition was suddenly threatening the trust my child had for me. So I told him the truth-that Dad and I were Santa, and that we were never trying to “lie” about it, but rather, just to carry on something we had enjoyed as kids. For the past three years, I’ve been researching what it means to be more aware of our own honesty choices instead of only focusing on the dishonesty in the world around us. And while the man in the red suit is an honesty dilemma for many parents, I’ve learned that it’s probably not as important as the other honesty choices we make as parents.
Unlike belief in Santa-which is something children grow out of-dishonesty is something children grow into, says Robert Feldman, a University of Massachusetts psychology professor who has studied lying for many years. In having children and adolescents purposely tell lies to mislead, he found that first graders were unconvincing liars, seventh graders were pretty decent, but college students were experts. The reason they grow into lying is that we parents show them how to with our own behavior. One University of California-San Diego study found that preschoolers and young elementary schoolchildren who had been lied to by an experimenter were more likely both to cheat (they peeked at something when they weren’t supposed to) and then to lie about whether or not they peeked.
You might be thinking this doesn’t apply to you. I thought the same, until the evening my daughter and I were buying birthday favors at Party City. I think I know why the third house just appeared. It's always been there but elven magic kept it invisible as long as elves lived there. When the house was no longer occupied, it became visible to the rest of the world.
