You do not want the antennas to point at the drone. The signal emits from the length of the antennas not the tip. Keep the antennas perpendicular to the drone with the flat sides facing the drone.
Thanks for posting this video and for your review. I’ve been watching so many videos on this drone and a lot of them are positive for this drone but some seem to have problem with the connection and range of this drone. Any thoughts on that? I’m still waiting for November this year before I buy a more expensive drone. I’m awaiting to see if this drone or others will drop in price.
@CirclingtheDrone I'm a newbie but really all I want is to get shots of campgrounds and some of the places we hike. Not gonna go racing with it.. lol.. Wherever you shot the video is beautiful.
Not bad little drone. Hope someone makes mounts for a little tablet! Maybe even a smart controller! I bet you didn’t have any transmission problems because it doesn’t look like you are close to anything Wi-Fi or cell towers. Other people have had some trouble around them because of interference. I bet Potensic comes out with a new one in a few months with a better transmission system. Thanks for the video. Tom

I've watched a few Atom 4K reviews, but unfortunately it seems that sometimes (especially when doing panoramas / 360 rotations) the drone struggles to reduce overlighted parts of the image.. Did you notice this kind of issue?
Yes, I've noticed a similar issue with the white balance, especially in bright conditions outside. Was wondering what lens filters were available to fit the Potensic Atom camera.
@@kentchr76 yessss...i update the new firmware this Sunday ...1x 2x zoom ...and new firmware for esc control ...with old firmware landing rth (60 m) is no good but with last update is perfect better or similar mini2 ....I tested with 45km/h wind speed perfect ....🔝🔝🔝
You can cancel the annoying beep by tapping on the power button BTW 👍🏻

No problems here. Might be a phone issue? I use a Samsung S24 Ultra.

6k maximum distance in ideal condition on flat ground no wind 24 degrees and zero frequency interference, so in normal everyday scenario I'd half it 😊

If your lava mic is working on 2.4 Ghz it will interfere with the drone

Yeah 2.4g mic's have been shown to be an issue for the atom
