    Your videos are getting better and better. Sometimes I leave them on even though I'm not really watching, to boost the channel. I particularly like how you build familiar shapes using different tools and methods every time.

    CZcams has really been lacking on good SolidWorks tutorials. I have no formal education with SolidWorks (or any 3D design program) and with how many different features you use, it really helps me expand my capabilities. I have become more efficient with my drawings and really appreciate these videos. Thank you! 😊
    Also, what kind of computer are you using? I doubt mine would let me make it through this drawing. It's nice to see that I'm not the only one who has models that put their machine to the test. 😅

      Thanks for your nice comment. I am glad to hear that you have found my videos useful.
      I have had students who reached within 7-8 months to really high level of skills in Solidworks. So therefore keep practising!
      I did not have a formal education for Solidworks as well, 22 years ago as a high school student I have discovered everything by myself. I had Only a pdf document which was explaining drawing of a very simple part, and it was in English while I knew no English words. My passion and perseverance allowed me to become excellent 😊
      For your info I am using a very old computer has no significant features, if you ask my opinion if you will not use for work, a good computer unnecessary.

    Excellent tutorial! I, too, enjoy making shapes in Solidworks that are not actually possible to physically make on Earth. My CPU definitely hates it, though- it really had to work its little butt off on this one. Now I can show this off to my friends, and when they ask "So, what is it?" I can just say "Pfff- you mean you don't know what this is??" ;)

      We do not need to confine ourselves with the realities of production world. Also new technologies everyday allows things that they were not possible previously.

      @catkeys6911 Před 2 lety

      @@rahuldumu8456 I have my doubts about that. A 3d printer would not do this shape justice, if it could do it at all. It would roughen it up, and you'd have to do a lot of painstaking finishing, I'm pretty sure.

    I think the radii failed because you have to do the 3 long inside ones first. It doesn't like fillets that intersect at sharp corners. Filleting is probably the hardest thing to do in SolidWorks or any 3D software.

    • @3D-World
      @3D-World  Před 2 lety +2

      True, I had terrible days with fillets. Always there is a a solution but you should try different methods.
      I use Solidworks since 2001 and eachtime I learn somethings new infact.

    • @__mq.b

      i don't know why but when i try again by reducing the dimension of circle less than 3 the error does not occur

    • @3D-World
      @3D-World  Před 2 lety +1

      @@__mq.b I understand it now, the gap between two cut becomes smaller than 3 mm and Sweep not allows you to complete it. Reduce the number of revolutions in earlier sweep operation then you wont have problem. I hope it is clear now
