I think this is fine to end here, Kazaku didn’t have these abilities when he fought the first. I believe the black strings and heart stealing are combined forbidden abilities.

I also feel like this is lore accurate. Kakuzu was sent to assassinate Hashirama. He was clearly in a high enough class to attempt it. He shows up, puts up a fight, (this in itself is a feat and the thing he was infamous for), but Hashirama beats him, low difficulty. I imagined it would go just like this, Kakuzu throws hands but gets stomped.

There is no way someone who got defeated by Naruto's imperfect Rasen Shuriken, could breathe the same air as Hashirama and not crumble to dust.
We're talking about a guy that defeated Madara AND Kyuubi wrapped in Susanoo armor.

Canonically Kakuzu only acquires Earth Grudge Fear AFTER his failure to kill Hashirama but of course all of his abilities before Earth Grudge Fear are unknown except maybe Earth Release: Earth Spear.
So therefore I understand why he’s fighting the way he does in the video and you my friend have amazing talent that should be rewarded.
