24 Hours in Santa Barbara on AMTRAK

We needed a quick weekend getaway so we boarded Amtrak's Coast Starlight train from LA to Santa Barbara. From kayaking with dolphins, drinking wine in the Funk Zone, to riding surrey bikes on the beach, we made the most of our 24 hour trip. Santa Barbara has LOT going on but here's what I'd suggest if you only have one night.
