Uyo is clean. Very clean. I think the cleanliness began with former governor Godswill Akpabio. He even challenged the people of Akwa Ibom state to attend/obtain more education- free education. He did alot.
That is why I wonder why people come to Nigeria and stop at Lagos or Abuja. There are so many calm and beautiful places in Nigeria.
So many business opportunities in UYO, Calabar, Bayelsa, Ebonyi, Abia etc for people who want to come to Nigeria but are intimidated by Lagos and its advancement or Saturation.

Also try to execute one or two products while states in the South South receives average of #35billions per state every month, so how can you compare allocation of #5billion receivers to #35billion and Southeast states are 5 while south South states are which automatically South South even receive more money so if I said most of you are uninformed, i am not entirely wrong

It's a clean city but not 100%, because you'll always find those unpatriotic citizens who don't want the best for their country. So there're still places trashed by these unpatriotic citizens who never look forward to their country coming up to the development standard of most developed nations. I haven't even mentioned the dangerous drivers driving on the opposite direction of a major freeway, including on minor roads.
Worse of all, law enforcement officers are non existent to arrest these unpatriotic citizens, fine them and lock them up in jail for at least 6 months. Just like every other city in the country, It's like a city run without leadership. If only these people understand what is considered normal in the civilised world compared with the absence of civilization in their country. Very lawless nation where most of its citizens lack basic education on being a law abiding citizen.
