My childhood show was Journey to the West, I've watched it probably a hundred times. I had the VHS set and everything. To see a Korean drama draw inspiration from that is pretty cool and brought me back a little. I had so much fun watching this and my favorite relationship in this drama is definitely the frienemy one between monkey and bull. "NUuUuUT JOB!!" Hahaaa~
Usually going into a drama and immediately seeing the words "season 2" in the comment section is never a good thing. It means people weren't satisfied with how it ended but honestly I'm okay with it. What do you think?
It took me a week just to pick out the song for this video. Even then, I'm still not 100% satisfied with what I picked. I love this song but it just doesn't go with the story of this video. I had to repeat the chorus about 6 times just to get it to work. Please drop some song suggestions. My itunes and future videos depend on it. Thanks.

I love how we were all lead to believe that she was cursed as the samjang because she freed him, but turns out she was always meant to be the samjang and she just so happened to meet her guardian that her role as samjang really began.
i got a major crush on Lee Seung-gi in this kdrama and it's one of my favorites ever. I'm gonna watch it again in the future.

This drama is really powerful. Even after months, when I'm watching MV I'm crying. So sad that they did not make a second season.... The love story was so awesome.

Oh my god! I love how you included the scene of her with her grandma when she told young seonmi how someone will come and protect her some day! It helps explain just why seonmi said she’ll introduce ohgong to her grandma when she freed him in the beginning of the show and why, after 25 years, she still goes around asking ghosts and evil spirits about him. I don’t think many noticed that but that was what was added to their story and made it more meaningful.
This is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for making this. Seeing Monkey and Pigsy again after all these years is like meeting old friends once more, and meeting new ones like Devil King Woo, Ms Ma, and Richie .. and, of course Jin Seon-Mi. I spent the last 4 episodes crying but I love this show so much.

This drama is so precious to me. The story, characters, osts, all of it! And this is perhaps my favourite edit of their story even if it leaves me tears every time! Seungi once said that son o gong was one of his most favourite characters to play and I totally get it!

I watched this drama a LONG time ago, but I never watched the last episode because I knew it was going to be a sad ending... This mv makes me feel a bit better about the drama and maybe it will make me finish it.

I watched this drama as it aired. It was really good. At first, I didn't want to wafch it because of the hype but I couldn't resist after reading a blog by my friend and convinced me to watch it. I shipped the main characters so much. I also shipped PK and that one character. I don't remember her name. I was satisfied with the ending but then I wasn't.

wow, this summarized it all. this could be a spoiler but it's really good. re-watched the drama again and I can really say it's my second favorite next to Goblin. Goblin is a god tier drama, though my main oppa is Seung Gi, it is THAT GOOD, I REALLY MEAN THAT.
This was an amazing drama....it is a given when you see who is the main actor...the drama was different and refreshing. I was disappointed that it did it have more episodes to it. Could the producer create a season 2????

Another beautiful, well-done video once again! I know I always leave similar comments in almost every one of your videos praising you but they are all 100% true, no exaggeration. The song choice for this video is perfect. The song was able to get me into the mood of the video. I love the choice in scenes and voiceovers. Honestly, I wasn't planning to watch this drama at all. I've watched several fanmade videos of this drama that put together random scenes of the couple but I really wasn't able to understand anything from them (like what are they doing? why are they crying? what happened between them? etc.) so it took my interest away from the drama. However, I've decided to watch this video because I know you always have that power to convince me to watch all of the dramas that you vid (btw I finished A Love So Beautiful and loved it, thank you!), and you didn't disappoint. Like other videos of this drama, your video also focuses on the relationship between the couple. However, your video goes beyond that and is also able to tell the story in the most interesting and beautiful way. Now that I understand part of the plot, I'll definitely add this drama to my to watch list!
