TENNIS SERVE Video 3 of 6 Toss and Contact Point (Technical Aspect Of Tennis)

In this video I talk about the toss and also where to make the contact when hitting the ball on the tennis serve. You might see every part of the serve motion here separately but this is because we want to master every little motion correctly. When we improve the parts I share and talk about then it will come time when we will try to connect the whole motion together. The final goal of the tennis serve motion technique is to connect the motion into one fluent and free motion that will give you fell, acceleration and a good striking contact.
