The word I am trying to understand is a name , if Perugini= (pe-ru-GI-ni), would this be correct= Pèrugini( PEH-ru-gi-ni)

Excellent video. I like the way you showed the possibilities. And choosing a topic with a clear introduction, classification words and next steps for explaining outcomes. I don’t have allergies generally. But I do remember some swollen lips ( from inhaling the sweet scent of Jasmine ). I failed to explain the situation to the pharmacist 😂tho my puffy lips told the story !

Grazie mille Lucrezia. Questo video è esattamente quello di cui ho bisogno. Ho un sacco di allergie alimentari e sfortunatamente sono anche allergico agli antibiotici. Adoro il gelato italiano ma non posso mangiare niente che contiene le noccioline

Lucrezia ho un dubbio...perche si dice stesso Mi scusi come formale? siccome quando congiughamo i verbi che finisce con "i" sono per la seconda persona (tu)...questo mi confonde un po.
Qualle vocabulario sono troppe importante per viaggio. Mille grazie, Lucrezia. Ti voglio farre una lezione per la proverba italiano vecchia e quando usare? Mio nonna dicci la proverba italiano vecchia quando lei voglio imparare una lezione di vita. Per essempia, lei dicci a io "Chi è causa del suo mal, pianga se stesso".

Dopo 2 mesi faro l' esame del livello C1 e C2. Penso che le tue lezioni siano molto utili. Mi sembra che tu possa parlare del gerundio. Hey, just wanted to mention there are different groups of people who do not tolerate gluten well or at all, these 3 main groups together comprise about 5% of the population (meaning the other 95% of the population tolerate gluten well and to them gluten poses no health risk, contrary to what some celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow say), and these 3 groups are:
1) people with celiac disease (about 1% of the population; genetic, cannot be cured, gluten-free diet is the only option);
2) non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS; about 2-4% of the population; the scientific community is not entirely clear as to the causative agent of this sensitivity, a part of this group may be people who simply believe the celebrities and due to the "nocebo" effect have negative symptoms after ingesting gluten simply because they believe it harms them);
3) wheat allergy.

There are plenty of gluten-free options at the supermarket and you can find specific gluten-free restaurants :)
