The thing I wondered about in relation to presenting the deal is revealing the address by how much information you provide. Does that matter? Or are there unwritten rules or something signed that prevents the investor going direct once they know the property. Thank you in advance. Why would i include full property description cos you can just go to the property and do the deal your self with the seller or EA and i will loose out for all my work input.
