Among all the current candidates there, experience is not a large deciding factor. All the experienced candidates are Dog Meat coaches. With or without experience their impact on the Lakers Seasonal Performance will have a small impact if any. That is why someone like JJ Redick with alot of mental upside may be a good choice because he already checks alot of the other boxes not called experience. Looking at you Shannon Sharpe.
