OMG I WAS JUST ABOUT to book here but it seem soo lackluster comparing to other W properties... cancelling it rn changing to Ritz. and seing ur score, its too high tbh, shouldve been 60-70... so many disappointing stuff....
It’s a shame they didn’t carry the colors from the lobby to the room. The room was dark and drab. I’m surprised you weren’t upgraded like you were at the RC Melbourne.
Someone said if you just show some cash in your hand while they checking you in and ask for upgrade, they will do 😂. If they don’t you can put the cash away. May be worth a try if complimentary upgrade doesn’t work
Hi Mike! Awesome to hear from you again! I usually try to tip a $20 bill if they give me a special upgrade although some hotel staff are not allowed to accept tips I’m finding out.
@@gogotravelwithjosh right I think hotels in Asian countries may have stricter policies, whereas in LV, they allow that. You did very well for all your recent hotels and I watch all of them. Keep up for all the good work and I am so jealous you have to so many cool and luxurious hotels.
I had dinner at Warrabi recently. Very nice Japanese and amazing interior but extremely expensive. Didn't know this was connected to the W Hotel

After watching your Ritz-Carlton Melbourne video with check-in on the 80th floor, I immediately feel downgraded at this hotel haha.

Absolutely love this hotel but. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful but is quite dark and the toilet isnt extremely private.
They could have made the rooms so much better!
Good grief you have to open and close one’s room curtains yourself ! . Please tell me you can phone one’s room servants to close them for you.
For the high price of luxury hotels it is an expected standard feature.
