    Thank you for posting such challenging questions @edzest.
    @53:50 Can you please explain -
    1. how does option C help ensure interactions between two TEAMS? It's merely the interaction between the representatives of the two teams (Chinese whisper concept)
    2. Doesn't co-location helps with privacy and security (since teams (as a whole) can work in silos)?
    3. Why did we assume teams cannot be co-located?
    Kindly help.

      Hi, to maintain the privacy, you’d not want to share everything with the supplier.
      If these were 2 internal teams, it would have been better to collocate.
      Also, question say daily standup is not feasible.
      So, considering all the three constraints of security, privacy, and feasibility of meeting daily… collocation was not selected.

    Amit ....I have doubt with the explanation of Questions 2.
    I agree my first choice was option D ....but in question when it was clearly given a word Constant reporting --..in that scenario I think C with all the time updates shall be good option..
    Constant reporting = Updates all the time ( Real time)
    What you think????

    • @edzest
      @edzest  Před 5 měsíci

      Hi, option C talks only about the "platform" but doesn't talk about how the project's progress will be taken care of. So, it provides a partial answer.
      Option D takes care of both: constant reporting, and the project's progress.

    1st question, the claim seems already sure and the question seems what to do next. To choose A as an answer, the junior members should have initiated the unfair distribution instead.

    • @edzest
      @edzest  Před 5 měsíci

      I'm sorry, I didn't understand what you are saying.
      Just guessing and clarifying - claim doesn't mean that senior member is definitely doing an improper distribution, hence, first PM needs to check with both of them
