It is for searing, like sear it then put it in the oven and let it cook in the inside. But ye it can be good even without cooking it in the oven. I recommend cooking the skin in low-medium heat since the skin burns faster than the meat.

My review The Intro is very peenoise i like it The Fishing not really familiar that much in fishing but i do know the kuya gian got a nice fish to cook Filleting the fish i gotta say that kuya gian really pulled that nicely because fun fact when filleting a huge ass fish such as salmon, tuna and that fish when you hear the knife colliding with the backbone that mean your doing it perfectly and kuya gian manage to do it. Tho kuya gian still need improvement but his nearing there i think siguro cut the tail next time to keep it neat. Seasoning, i like the fact that you bath it with soy sauce but i think the thing that your trying to pull in this one is marination. Kuya gian pulled it right but not that right because if you want to marinate something you got to put it in some sort of tupperwhere or anything that blocks out the air and you know put it in the fridge or just leave it there and let it adjust to the room temperature. The prep work of garlic nicely done tho you gotta clean it after doing it but i guess you already pulled it and also the lemon i advise next time to roll it first before cutting it so its more easy to squeeze not that a big deal tho if you want to make things harder then suit yourself. Garlic baste pretty good its right to put your spice in first before you put the fish because your not applying the big guns spice you know rosemary in flesh something like that, since your spices is all processed and grinded already i think its pretty wise to put the spice first and mix it in butter to make the buttered fish more eassy to cook. The sinigang is smart because some families choose to throw the tira tira of the fish and im quite happy that you used all part of the fish. Side dishes is right and the way you put the fish is also right sinigang mix thoo yeah i guess you guys are peenoise so i guess it ok too. The Pan fry on soy sauce no comment because everything is bachiri Serve very nice and also respeto sa mga nagluto D:< nah just kidding its all goods overall its all goods i think kuya gian did very nice as ken said 5 star hotel indeed kuya gian keeps winning with all this F2P's 8.5/10 will recommend to my friends and will rewatch again :D

Dude.... Grill it or sear it with little bit of oil to prevent shrinking of the skin. Don't deep-fry it unless you blanched it in hot water for 5 seconds, coat it with crispy fry, egg and bread crumbs. And the head? I think you did a good job. Needs more sourness but I think it looks good. The meat needs to be butter like when you peel it of the bone.
