I adore over explaining triggers/meta triggers so much and this was one of the best I’ve seen! Something about really going over each item in a wild amount of detail or describing what/why you’re doing with a specific trigger helps me fully submerge in the video and check out of my hyper active/anxious brain and it’s so lovely💜

First time with this over explained trigger. When it started of with things like what is a flashlight 🔦 I didn’t like as much but the makeup portion & haircut portion was genuinely engaging & relaxing. (Maybe cuz I actually learned about some stuff)
