Have you checked out Campfire Lodging Campground in Asheville? Amazing views. Easy to get in and out. I just stayed there and posted a video. Site #5 has the best view.
I had a bad time at this campground and would not recommend it. The maintenance guy is a nut case. Rude and offensive when you ask him a simple question kind of scary individual..Stay away !

Little farther is GrandFather mountain, Linville Falls and Boone. Blowing Rock.

we have 34f wind sport how did it do going up the mountain
No problem at all! If you're towing a car they make you disconnect at the bottom of the hill and leave your tow dolly at the bottom of the campground

We were at site 35. But 34, 35 and 36 all had great deck views
