You have much more restraint than I’d ever have! I would have had to have made an offer on the entire contents! I am an Antique dealer and those prices were dirt cheap! That large wire plant stand alone is worth 3-4 times that amount.

Wow! Someone was an artist and had the home of dreams, I grew up around horses too we had 2 Arabians, my brother had a Palamino and I trained and worked with a Saddlebread. My dream is to own 2 Gypsy Vanners with a giant pasture with sheep and chickens, Must haves are Iron Gate and fences, floral garden, greenhouse, reflecting pond with fountains all over and tons of stone sculptures on pedistals, Art studio... LOL Who am I fooling right? When you said Martha Stewart I flashed back to her porch with all those giant urns LOL, I am holding out for heaven, the Lord will make it possible❤ Such a cool sale! Need deep pockets for a place like that, Just watched JamiRayVintage go into a place similar to that about 3 mins ago , it was in Utah. Im new, I LOVE your dog!❤
Our dream home list sounds very similar! I’ve never toured any of Martha’s homes, but I’m sure they’re quite amazing.

My kind of estate sale. I have just rediscovered Rachel Ashwell a couple of weeks ago through CZcams videos. She is inspiring and I like that she is all about imperfect pieces, a little chippy on frames, etc. It makes you look for the big cabbage roses to add some charm to a room.

Would love for you to show prices of all the white ware and to know if it was ironstone. First time watching, you may not resale. Also do they usually have 1/2 off on the last day? I would have gone back to see if the iron planter was still there. And that beautiful sheep sign! Loved it!

Coal isn’t that difficult to find. Check around your area. I have a coal yard less than 3 miles from my home. I live in Duluth Minnesota.

Oh MY , that brown transferware and the stained glass really would have been hard for me to pass on BUT the price on the stained glass looked to be way over my budget and I don't have any windows that would be big enough for it. I LOVE brown transferware but cannot seem to find any in my area. Your plants are just beautiful and I too am a plant-aholic!! During the summer I put them on my screened in deck but winter time they fill my house with lovely green beauty. Enjoyed this visit to a REAL estate sale...my area just doesn't seem to ever have any.

The prices high they will have a lot of stuff that won’t sell people looking for deals like us.
Yes, I’m always looking for deals. However, there are many people looking for vintage and a fair price, not necessarily a bargain! Everyone has a a different budget. 🤷♀️
