They are both fun. Personal preference is barbell benchpress (so may go with Powertec rack) * But this REALLY looks nice. Difference in weight lifted , for me, is approx. 30kg. Iso Bench = 137.5 kg or 303 lb. Barbell Bench = 105 kg or 231 lb. For awhile I was sure I would get an iso bench… … safety, no spotter needed, etc. (But spotter arms on rack takes care of that.) The hard bit with iso is the starting position. Once you get the weight up, you’re good to go. * Panatta, an Italian brand, has an iso bench that starts higher and a lever mech that releases for full range. (Probably $$$) 😊
@@simoneorecchioni7352 not true at all man. Been lifting for over 35 years. U may prefer the power rack but from a safety standpoint. Not at all. Keep lifting and learn before commenting or keep on commenting.

@@solslastcannula5665 you need to find the perfect angle on the bench and once you have, it's an amazing piece of equipment, you can also use 12inch plyo boxes to get the perfect angle on the flat bench, I've got the older model and it's one of the best units I've ever used
@@Matt-vr5zk so buy this heavy space occupying contraption and then I have to buy MORE stuff just to get the perfect angle!? No thank you. Give me a pair of squat stands, barbell with olympic plates, with a flat bench any day of the week over this Garbage. That’s the most natural
It’s a lot easier than free weights but also a lot safer when training alone
Yes indeed!

Love it. We need more home gym users on yt displaying leverage and smith gyms. The safest way to go when lifting solo.
Yes my friend, glad you liked it, I was just trying to display the machine's ability to handle a lot of weight! Take care, J
I have the levergym but the safest way is the power rack

Power rack is safe too. Lol

Brother, do you still lift?
If so - still liking the Powertec system?
Definitely my friend, I still use this system regularly.
I like it for chest, pull-downs, and legs.
Ich habe auch diese Maschine....... 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Und wie ist deine Erfahrung? Bleibt der Spaß beim trainieren?
