Hi, I just purchased one, and mine only does 15mph on speed mode, how can I reach 21? Do I have to do something with the app?

did you put it in S Mode? 15MPH is D mode.

ye mine only goes 25km/h in S mode... suppose to be 25km/h in drive. The manufacturer says it should go 35 in S here too, so idk what the problem is.@@HaiTech

connect it to the app. maybe theres a safety feature you have to disable. i know some of my skateboards have a safety feature where you have to ride it for 1 mile before you can go faster. if that doesn't work i would reach out to InMotion@@dds0own
