Confused with different modes in the app. AI mode works differently , some times turn on the fan only sometimes temperature dropping to 18, totally confused with this AC

Yes!!Convertible ACs have modes that turn down the cooling capacity from 100 per cent to 80, 60 or 40 per cent. They adjust their motor rotation as per requirement, resulting in less power consumption than standard inverter ACs.

I brought Panasonic AC 2021 modal now after using 3 years it got repaired, company service saying that there is a gas leak takes 5k for the repair and no guarantee that it will work after repair. I brought it for 45k and now just for 3 years I need to pay 5k extra with no hope of working longer. Previously I have LG AC which have a life of 10 years but Panasonic lost it's life on just 3 years. They service is very much disappointed in india. If you are looking for durability don't buy it.
