OMG, I have that same metal belt. I love it and have had it for 10+ years. It’s not rusted but the inside fabric is ripped because I wore it constantly when I was heavier. The only thing is that you cannot pull the belt off like you would a normal leather belt. The metal plates will get stuck in the belt loop. It’s a great find. I kept the belt for so long because I have not seen another one like it.
