It may be a good idea if that shop owner returns the UPS shipping outlet sign to UPS. UPS doesn’t sell them or give them away so the question is how was it obtained?

That was not an antique store, they had too many newer item's from fans to toys, lamps etc.
You tried to show the price tags, we couldn't see what was on them.
