Your driving experience is so relatable T^T thank you for sharing. I think one of the reasons so many people followed you since your entertainment debut is because you've always been genuine and relatable. I remember reading an article about how when you first became an actress and moved to Hong Kong, you suffered from insomnia due to stress. As someone who suffers from chronic insomnia, hearing that ones of my idols experienced the same thing but conquered it and grew from it really made me feel like I wasn't alone in this world. I'm so happy that you've found your happiness in simplicity.
I still have insomnia once in a while. I think its maybe in my genes. However, I've learned to not let it affect me as much. There are days I do get stressed if I don't well. However, I do manage it much better. I don't let it get to me as much. And just enjoy rest when I can.
i love how grounded you are, the calmness in your voice, and the way you look at the world.
Im learning every day how to be comfortable with where I am at and who I am.

Hi Linda! Always like you being so genuine and bringing positive energy to the others! I am also a mom moving to Vancouver from Hong Kong with my family 2 years ago. Vancouver is totally a new place for me and I am still adjusting my life and the pace of living here. You are so right, the mindset here is totally different from Hong Kong but it's also true that it is easier for us to take a break and enjoy the beautiful nature here. thanks so much for making and sharing this video. You give me a lot of stimulation. My life experience is pretty much like yours. Was very busy during my 20-30s. And suddenly jumped into the peaceful and slow pace life in America. I've been through many frustrated, negative thoughts and homesick etc. Still will come out sometimes now. But I like your mind, your attitude to your life. Keep posing your positive energy, I love it!

Linda, so good to hear you are appreciating your moments with your family. I lost my daddy to Covid and have was unable to fly back to them at the time. Know how it feels to be away if you are a family person. Many regrets on my side for moving so far whilst they were growing old. Life can be short and fragile. Enjoy them and make and save those happy moments x

@@chungkayanlinda Your sharing with us -- especially for me has been quite encouraging -- as I have been struggling a lot this past 1.5 year since the start of Covid19. I don't have a full-time job -- only part-time -- and making ends meet. It's tough and sometimes I wonder how long I can stay strong during these challenging times - especially away from home - from my family back in Canada. Right now I am living in Japan by myself - it hasn't been easy and a lot of time I wanna give up. But what you shared here in this video of yours gave me a sense of encouraging & words of wisdom too. I just feel it is amazing, how much has happened since 2007, when i first saw you in Tangxinfengbao... it is alr 14 years. I look back, at your work and you have had given so much in dramas...
