- I am currently residing in Berlin, Germany. During my recent trip to Innsbruck, I stumbled upon an Indian restaurant named 'Jaipur' located in close proximity to popular tourist attractions. Although I typically do not seek out Indian cuisine while traveling internationally, I had specific reasons for visiting this restaurant. Mountains are in the DNA of Innsbruck, The panoramic views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains are enough to leave the viewers in awe. 7:16 i feel like sometimes we all need to take a break from everyone and spend time alone, to experience, appreciate and to love ourselves, and u are not alone, u are an inspiration for everyone,10:42 wait! I can understand and relate completely to an individual eating alone in a restaurant in Europe, having lived that life for two years here myself. It is very stressful, and I consider it a conditioning process (psychosomatic) to learn and communicate in terms of language and expressions and integrate into European society, having said that we come from an Indian background. The sight that everyone around is in groups, except me, brings generates some kind of distress.
Multiple reasons - Water isn't the same, Onion and Tomatoes aren't the same which is mostly the base for lot of Indian curries and most importantly the food is kind of customized to suit the food palette of the locals. However, I must say the Indian food in Interlaken ( Switzerland) is surprisingly good.
Eating alone feels odd when you do it for the first few times. Later, eating alone becomes one of the most relaxing things to do

The only two North Indian restaurants I liked so far are:
1. Amrit in Berlin (At Potsdamer platz)
2. Out of India in Barcelona (Near Placa Catalunja)
Thats it and thats all. The others are not worth a visit.
If you like Dosa, Idli etc, Try the sarabhana bhawan

Yes eating alone is ackward, but once you get used to it.. it becomes an habit.. i had this ackwardness when i was very young.. but later made myself realise get used to it..

In some western countries Indian restaurant food is not as good because it is prepared by locals who have no clue. Hence papad was kaacha. Naan instead of Roti and chutneys are combination of bottle sauces. They cater to local people who will eat anything served to them not knowing the real authentic taste of Indian food so they get away with it. It is customary to tell your server if it is not cooked properly and they will try to replace it with fully cooked food. Hence do not hesitate to tell them if it is not edible.

Well expecting indian cuisines to taste in foreign countries exactly like in India or at par with our taste pallet is not fair.. it's simply because they the foreign indian restaurants curate their indian dishes according to their taste which the locals who are mostly not Indians prefer, that's why the taste,spicyness, texture differs significantly. And at the end of the day it's a business,to attract their local crowd to their respective restaurants they have to make it as their guests like, that's why We Indians may not find them even close to our taste signature..

india is an unbelievably diverse country. these "indian" restaurants are a generalised version of foods which is found through out the country. probably food from the "hindi-belt" region.

Ive been visiting Europe for the last 15 years and living there since 1 year .... I have criss crossed entire europe ... Mainly the schengen countries by road many times .... If you drive in Europe you can best explore the terrain

Varun Bhai, please aapse request hai ki video length atleast 30 to 40 minutes rakhiye ....ho sake to please 1 hour duration ke videos bhi upload karein. Aapke sabhi subscribers inn videos dekh kar bilkul aisa feel karte hai jaise woh bhi aapke saath safar mein shaamil ho, 10 ya 20 minutes ke videos bahot chhote lagte hai aur hameshaa yehi mann kartaa hai ki kaash video thhoda aur lambaa hotaa .
