DA drags Government to court over tariff hikes

  • The High Court in Pretoria has dismissed with costs the UDM's application to strike the DA's case against government from the court roll. The DA wants government to scrap Nersa's 30-percent tariff hike while also declaring blackouts unconstitutional. But the UDM wanted the court to focus on the first part of its case which was to exempt key institutions from rolling power cuts. eNCA's Bafedile Moerane has more. #dstv403

    Recently a coal mine closed down because of the rail network collapsing under the ANC and fuel is so expensive it makes transporting the coal non-viable. ANC, doing what its best at. Closing down businesses.

    DA is right how are we going to pay more money in electricity which we don't have load shedding all most every time

    Domkop DA is more in court than in Parlement....its about time the court ask Domkop Steenhuisen where he gets the money from to pay for all these court cases...the Domkoppe declared only R1.9mill in donations the past year....😂😂😂
