Terry Yoon never apologize for someone else's opinion of your performance - certainly, if they are not your coach and/or a respected conductor - and, definitely if it is unwarranted. From one countertenor to another, we will always be perpetual students of life within our craft. There are no masters - only persons who have been doing it a little longer, those who have longer resumes, and have more "credible" names. Never beat yourself up for where you currently are. Keep growing. Enjoy the process. :)

The young man is telling about his feeling to the lady he loves, asking her trambling if these feeling could be called love... You can't menace someone far on the stage wispering, you won't tell someone you love her fast and running.
