I've always loved this paring, they are hot (ngl) but they'd work so well if they were in the same show. So after i saw THOUSAND STORIES vid ( here's the link • What have you done Wit... ) i just had to vid them
Hope the story makes sense :
so Lagertha is a powerful princess, shieldmaiden and maybe a sorceress? idk. Before her mother dies, she tells her that a misterious man (Geralt) is going to be her destiy. So when he finds her they instantly connect. But Geralt is a witcher, so when Stregobor asks for her to be dead, he decides to leave her let Lagertha live. She does not uderstand and is heratbroken. Geralt has a vision of her, will they find each other?
I know, it does not make a lot of sense but i just had a lot of fun. Let me know what you think. Have a lovely day, Giulia.

I almost interpreted it as he left and she died in some manner that he feels responsible or guilty over (killed herself or he should have been there to protect her) and in the end he's surprised to see her cause she's dead, but she's a dead powerful thing with magic that died with deep longing. Maybe she's asking him to keep her memory or to even join her, or she doesn't even really understand she's dead.
