I love your plan and it's very similar to what I had in mind except for the staking part, which I think is bloody brilliant. Where are the safest places to stake? It's not something I've looked into before.

The average gain in 2021 after the big spring runup was only 2x, after buying on the dip. I didn't have all the data for many newer coins. I'm wondering how you expect 10x? Most of my picks are based on your insight but now I'm seeing bitcoin, ethereum, annd litecoin still looking cheap than these hot alts.

Your good! I have 25 properties I bought between 2012 -2018 mostly paid off and a few completely paid off. I'm selling houses at moment and selling 7 to 8 this year putting in crypto and holding the rest. Then going to buy me 100 acres in 2026 and scoop up more cheap real estate in 2027 or 2028. I have had this plan since August 3 2020. Been paying off the house with 7 to 10k per month then found out about crypto last December now I have put the whole puzzle together. Life is easy but getting to this point is hard and consistent work. I have had a roofing company for 24 years and I have been through hard times and good times. We have simular goals. I became a net worth millionaire in 2019 but now looking to go to extreme levels. Also I have been holding off on cars and trucks. They are just speed bumps on the road to success. Ps I also do youtube have 36k subs but I have multiple streams of income. I'm just looking for a 4x for now that will produce 1 mil. But who knows maybe I'll drop in more and go for 10 to 20x . Good video as always. Could you do a beginners guide to staking? Where do we go to stake all these coins? Does each token have its own site? Are there specific sites that stake multiple? Have not touched staking as it’s yet another risk in the area I need to fully understand first!

I'm not as keen on projects that offer large staking rewards. I do like staking but I'm wary of large staking rewards. I am more into under 10% staking rewards because I think that is reasonable, but we have all have different definitions of 'reasonable.' I think if the staking rewards are too high it puts tokens into the hands of people who, even as how you define it, are more likely to have sell pressure (relating it to token unlocks).
