hey Clint i wonder i you could give some tips about mastering audio for phone speaker. i usually post my guitar cover at insta but the problem is after i post, it totally sound like shit. is it the apps that compressed or my audio spec not met the requirement for the platform
If the audio sounds good on your phone before you post then I guess it has to do with the app, although it’s not usually a big difference for me. For guitar playing videos I actually prefer camera audio or using a room reverb because it sounds more natural to me. For full band mix, it becomes trickier but these cabs should make the guitars sound good at least. The midrange has to sound good to translate well on phones. Hope that helps!
